Some things I've found-

Reanimated corpses will sometimes say "Thank You" as you kill them.
M'aiq the Liar will occasionally say "I saw a mudcrab the other day. Horrible creatures."
Use a dragon shout in a city. "That was a dragon shout! Like the Gray Beards on High Hrothgar.
The waters North of Skyrim are brimming with Horkers. There's even a book called "Horker Attacks"
There's a quest a lot like the plot to "The Hangover." Talk to your spouse during this quest for a neat surprise
I found a mask. I'll post screenshots later. It seems there's a pretty cool unwritten quest involving them.

A dragon attacked Morthal. 'The guards failed badly. 'nuff said.

Today in Morthal a dragon attacked. It was bloodied and landed by the wood cutting area. I rushed to cross the bridge to finish it off when I see two peasents, a guard and a MUDCRAB attacking it. I fire some more arrows into the dragon and the Mudcrab kills the dragon and then the other two civilians in about 10 seconds. I fire an arrow into the mudcrab and it scurries off behind a building.

I never saw that mudcrab again...

BAHAHAHA.

Looks like Skyrim mudcrabs are tough cookies!
The shrine of Molag Bal is also apparently under a house in Markarth. My bf informed me of this.

A Night To Remember, that quest is hillaroius, but I didn't think to speak to my spouse, what do they say?

There's also a Shawshank Redemption reference in Skyrim. If you go to the College of Winterhold, and are a mage there you can talk to an Altmer [I forget his name] to get items such as black soul gems which the college prohibits. When you first talk to him about obtaining these items you say "I understand you're an elf who can get things." That has to be a reference to Shawshank. Which, if you haven't seen, you should DEFINITELY watch.

you need the mara amulet also you should do some quests for people that normally raises there liking of you and you can get the option to marry also check the uwiki to see who you can marry

Also a note - i somehow started the A Night to Remember quest by getting into a drinking contest with a man named Sam in Markarth. Since I have no clue what's going on, I decided to save the quest until later. Somehow I went to Whiterun and got a wedding ring, which I intimidated a shopkeeper into not making me pay for it.

I may have to go do this quest.. >_>

A night to remember leads into a pretty interesting quest chain and a fairly awesome unique reward you may remember from previous games, do it.

On a side note I've already completed the main story line, all of the quest chains feel shorter in this than in previous games.

some of the coolest things I've come across so far are the story related shouts, I won't spoil'em for you but they are epic.

I've also noticed that while i'm in Winterhold, I get accosted by more dragons than any other town! There's literally three dragon skeletons littering the towns alleys, and one on the main street! Grrr!

I used wabbajack on a guard and he turned into...an oblivion mudcrab? weird

An Oblivion mudcrab? You sure? Whenever I use the wabbajack and something turns into a mudcrab it's just a normal Skyrim mudcrab... O_o

i'm going to test this. Mwahahahaha!

It was smaller than a Skyrim mudcrab and looked like a red crab not a rock.

I just found. A giant mudcrab.

I found the Headless Horsemen. He was riding through Riverwood and it seemed I was the only one who could see him. It was pretty cool=D
