this isn't a full story, just a converstion from my book. Its between Omn and Yelen who are married. Omn is upset because his whole family has been murdered and has started drinking and Yelen doesn't feel good eather since her father has died and Omn's drinking makes her even more upset. This is told on Omn's point of view:

Night had fallen, i didn't drink that day, booze tasted like shit anyways. i saw Yelen sitting on a log next fire, i didn't have talk with her in ages and now that her father died she must have fell misserble, so i talked to her.

''Hello?'' i said
''its you... behenen (husband/wife)'' Yelen anwsered she had cried and i didn't make her feel any better. I sat next to her.
''you need to stop drinking'' she said quetly.
''its just all that have happened it..''
''i know, but i don't want you to drink your self to dead eather, i feel bad even without it'' she said and a single tear dropped from her eye.
''you don't deserve this, any of this. I shouldn't have dragged you into this.'' i said and selfpity started to wake inside me.
''don't blame your self Omn, i love you, you know this right? I'm here, because i want to and you should talk to me more often.''
In that point i started to feel so bad, that i started to cry, me the last descendant of the fabled Amereth clan, Zandalaer and who knows what else, crying there for a woman but thats why i loved her for time after time she remained that i am still a human. She hugged me and hold tight.
''I will stop drinking, i promise.'' i said and she smiled, that sad quet smile that tells ''it will be alright''

After that moment lessened my drinking alot and started spending time with yelen alot more


PS. is it just me or are people starting to lose interest in Nermtal?

No it's not you. I've been sketching some of the races. Been taking a while, but I want them to be decent, so you don't come and eat my house. :]
