One of my men had an idea of having each faction have special emoticons unique to them. Just something for you to think about.

Badges for accomplishments, icons of rank etc. We don't have to have it all right away, slowly integrate all this into place.

Icons of ranks like the silencer for DB, master for fighters, archmage for mage. Yay!!
We need to have a Storm Cloak group since this period is Skyrim.

This sounds like it would be pretty difficult to code, although I'm not really sure because I'm not the one coding it all. If it does happen, though, I think we should have a forum member draw them up personally to look like imperials or assassins or something

My man offered to help design them as well.

dunno if this could be done easily or not but id love to see a 'dovakiin' emoticon with the curved horned helmet and maybe a little beard.

I'm looking into it currently, It's possible to add emoticons, just requires skill creating them so that they look good.

Hey I just thought id post this here to save time and keep from making a new thread.

I would strongly suggest to the admins to not under any circumstances make areas in the forums for the following topics: Religion (real world) Politics, swimsuit pics/babe of the day etc.

I have been a member of many forums down through the years and these topics are forum killers, cause the most disruptive activity and tend to take away from the original purpose of the forum.

I think another interesting idea would be to have ranks within groups. For example Imperial Legion members can go from Jailor to Guard to Soldier to Captain of the Watch to Commander or something like that.

We're about to implement a rule that you can only be in one faction at any given time. Faction leaders must adhere to this rule and the members will need to decide which faction they wish to remain in. This is due to the fact that being in multiple factions compromises the privacy of each factions forum...

^ Why? If a faction leader accepts you into the group then they must have a reason to trust them. If a leader can't tell the difference between someone trustworthy or not then thats their fault right? I think everyone should able to join each group but might not get accepted into each one.

It would be bad for Roleplaying. Conflicts may arise between two factions and that is when conflicts of interest may occur. Also, I am a cynic, you cannot trust everyone so easily.

And this is like related to the Elderscrolls games. Like in Oblivion you can join 4 guilds.
