I've recently been introduced to the heavy metal band Dokken (80's). And I'm loving them!! Got there discography the other day, they don't make make music like that anymore.
I'm not a heavy metal fan per-say.

Coheed is for sure an excellent band! Very nostolgic for me as i listend to them heavily as a teen, and they do put on one hell of a live performance.

Well I could go on all day about music (i'll try not to) but here are some bands/artists I like:
Marilyn Manson, Godsmack, Burn Halo, Eighteen Visions, Killswitch Engage, Hatebreed, Alter Bridge, Blue Oyster Cult, Avenged Sevenfold, Johnny Cash, Sevendust, All That Remains, Rise Against, Black Flag, Bad Religion, Rob Zombie, Combichrist, Metallica, Hollywood Undead (and many, many, many more)
I also LOVE going to concerts (going to see Burn Halo on the 12th.) Ive been to quite a few.

Lol I used to go to one of those schools.. and my was it sketchy. >_> And everyone was in competition with each other. You could never talk about your ideas, or they'd get stolded. But that's awesome.
I'm thinking about learning harp and then hooking it up to an amp and using guitar strings on it... Not a pedal harp mind you.
